Premier pour Jensine

First day of French school...

Are you ready my sunshine? I guess he is, look at that wide smile before going to French Immersion. Seems like, I was more worried than him.

With that kind of haircut :) It was also first to cut his hair very short. He did not like the idea but as parents, we have to make some tricks for him to like it.

The new school is more than 5 km. from our house. Oh yeah, for a young boy like him, any parent will be worried at the beginning. But I am sure, he will be fine...

First time to ride a school bus...

Did I tell you that we have to follow him from the bus stop to his actual school? We did, and we tried to hide ourselves so he would not think that we could be behind the bus everyday... Guess what? he saw us...what a big eyes he have.

First time to go home from new school by himself...

Jensine, you have to follow the line! He he he...with his height he has a hard time to hear or see what's going on in front of him :)

Luke 19:1-4
1Jesus entered Jericho and was passing through. 2A man was there by the name of Zacchaeus; he was a chief tax collector and was wealthy. 3He wanted to see who Jesus was, but being a short man he could not, because of the crowd. 4So he ran ahead and climbed a sycamore-fig tree to see him, since Jesus was coming that way.

It does not matter how tall or short are you, not even your looks and appearance will matter to God...because He sees not your outside looks but what is inside. "It is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye"- Little Prince. We should also practice to look deeper...deeper in ones heart.
